Due to the fact that EVERY page of the 'trust' agreement has a copyright protection notation on
the bottom, I can't post the actual documents here. There are NO active links from this site, nor are
there any direct quotes from, any websites related to any of the people places or businesses associated
with our trust due to copy right laws.
The information I am posting has been collected from public records, personal correspondence, personal
experience, or with the permision of the originating party. On some of the items I have been advised
to remove names and references to specific people for legal reasons.

We received notification that our mortgage company is proceeding with the foreclosure on our mortgage but
